I am a classically trained artist and teach skill-based, classical drawing and painting. This is the type of art that was taught from the Renaissance until the 19th century to generations of young people. I strongly believe that classical, skill- based, visual art is very important in the overall education of our youth, and present-day research is beginning to confirm that belief.
